Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year in sales, customer service, IT or similar commercial environment.
• Interest in technology/IT products or the wider technology industry.
• Confident communication over telephone and email.
• Natural ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Good numerical skills and understanding of pricing, costs and margins.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, resilient and target-driven approach.

Aufgaben

• Identify new business opportunities through networks and online trading platforms.
• Respond to customer enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities.
• Source products from suppliers, compare pricing and terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers across the UK and globally.
• Negotiate prices to achieve profitability.
• Maintain records of interactions, quotations, orders and transactions.
• Monitor market activity and understanding of pricing and opportunities.
• Support order management, deliveries and customer service.
