Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, account management or business support roles.
• Experience selling training, professional services or technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries via telephone, email and the Academy inbox.
• Prepare and issue quotations within agreed service levels and follow up to maximise conversions.
• Identify new sales opportunities through existing relationships and outbound activity.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts, including meetings/site visits as required.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales activity and KPIs.
