Job summary

Johnson Controls in the Southampton/Portsmouth region seeks a Territory Account Manager to secure fire detection and electronic security installation projects across a defined territory by developing and strengthening relationships with regional clients.

You will lead the sales cycle, conduct building surveys and system design, and collaborate with surveyors, designers and estimators on large projects to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in account management or sales of technical solutions.
• Experience in business-to-business technical solutions sales.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Build opportunities to bid on projects and present technical information to board level.
• Lead the sales cycle and manage relationships with regional clients.
• Carry out building surveys and system design with support from surveyors/designers/estimators for large projects.
• Use Salesforce to manage leads and drive sales performance.
