Job summary

Single Homeless Project is seeking a Caseworker to join the Tenancy Sustainment Team North in London. You will manage a caseload, deliver person-centred support to help clients sustain tenancies, improve health, manage debts, and move towards independent housing where appropriate.

The role involves hybrid working and office-based duties from Kings Cross with occasional home-working opportunities. The team collaborates with local authorities, housing providers, and health services to reduce

Qualifications

• Experience in housing support and tenancy sustainment is desirable.
• Ability to work with diverse client groups and partners.
• Strong record-keeping and data recording skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-produce strengths-based support plans with clients and move-on planning.
• Assess risk and implement risk management strategies with clients and partners.
• Support clients in accessing health, education, training and income opportunities.
• Record client interactions using SHP Inform system and support reporting and monitoring.
• Assist in safeguarding and welfare checks for vulnerable clients.
• Engage with partner agencies to coordinate services and housing pathways.
