Job summary

The Single Homeless Project (SHP) is hiring a Caseworker in its Tenancy Sustainment Team in London. You’ll provide one-to-one, person-centred support to help clients maintain tenancies, improve wellbeing, and build financial resilience while navigating housing pathways.

You’ll play a key role in someone’s journey toward stability and independence. This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week, with hybrid working and opportunities to work from home at times.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline housing or support settings.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and partners.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one, person-centred tenancy sustainment support.
