Job summary

Single Homeless Project is recruiting a Caseworker to join our Tenancy Sustainment Team in London. You will provide one-to-one, person-led support to help clients maintain tenancies, improve wellbeing, and build financial resilience within a journey toward independence.

Work is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with hybrid options and occasional home working. The role is based at our Kings Cross office and involves collaboration with SHP and community services to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Confident collaborator who builds strong working relationships with colleagues and partner agencies.
• Organised, proactive and able to balance competing priorities under pressure.
• Able to help people build greater independence, from daily living to financial stability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one, person-led support to help tenants maintain their tenancies and improve wellbeing.
• Use creativity to solve real-world problems and collaborate with a committed team shaping housing support across London.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and partner services to turn goals into meaningful outcomes.
