Job summary

Single Homeless Project (SHP) is seeking a Caseworker in the Tenancy Sustainment Team in London. You will deliver one-to-one, person-led support to help clients maintain tenancies, improve wellbeing, and build financial resilience.

You will collaborate with SHP and community services to turn personal goals into meaningful outcomes. The role is Mon-Fri, 9am–5pm with hybrid working and occasional home-working opportunities, based at our Kings Cross office.

• You're organised, proactive and able to balance competing priorities, staying calm and focused when things get busy.
• You know how to help people build greater independence, from strengthening day-to-day living skills to improving financial stability and tackling income, bills, debts or arrears.

Caseworker posts are for Mondays - Fridays, 9am to 5pm. Posts involve hybrid work with opportunities to work from home at times. The role includes hybrid working and is based at our office in Kings Cross. There are opportunities to work from home at times.
