Simplicity Group in Belfast is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to join our Telecoms outbound team. You will engage with decision-makers, generate conversations, and build a strong pipeline to support our Business Development Managers in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Formación

• Motivated to build a career in sales.
• Comfortable in a target-driven outbound environment.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage decision-makers.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection while staying consistent.
• Coachable, disciplined, and open to feedback.
• Competitive mindset focused on performance and results.
• Experience in sales, telesales, recruitment, or similar is desirable but not essential.
• Evidence of working towards KPIs or performance targets.
• CRM experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and prospecting.
• Engage with decision-makers across North & Southern Ireland businesses.
• Qualify opportunities and identify customer needs.
• Book high-quality meetings for Business Development Managers.
• Manage activity, pipeline, and reporting through Salesforce.
• Work towards clearly defined daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Follow structured outbound frameworks, messaging, and cadences.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximise opportunity generation.
