Job summary

RemoteStar is hiring a Technical System / Support Analyst (SaaS, SQL) on behalf of our client. This hybrid role includes an office in Athens and requires delivering level 2 support with SLA compliance across operational technology platforms.

You will work with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle), perform data manipulation via ETL, and collaborate with development teams to propose technical improvements while using English and Greek fluently.

Qualifications

• Degree in information technology or related field.
• Experience in customer support routines.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Fluent in English and Greek; additional languages such as German or French are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 2 customer support and manage SLA-aligned requests.
• Evaluate and test applications and systems with development teams or external IT suppliers.
