Job summary

Scott Dunn is seeking an Application Support Analyst in London. The role is hybrid, with a requirement to be on site 3 days a week at the London office.

You will be the primary contact for helpdesk requests, owning the ticket lifecycle from triage to closure, working with developers when code fixes are needed, and coordinating with Finance, Operations and Sales stakeholders. Key skills include experience in application support, SQL and the .NET Framework, with the ability to write and run SQL

Qualifications

• Experience in application or technical support within a software-driven business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured triage.

Responsibilities

• Triage and prioritise all incoming tickets with SLA awareness.
• Resolve 1st/2nd line issues, including data/config fixes and user guidance.
• Identify defects and provide full context to development with reproducible steps.
• Maintain a known issues log and develop self-service guidance.
• Monitor ticket trends and report to the Applications Developer Team Lead.
• Coordinate with Technology to link support tickets to regression issues.
• Liaise between business users and Technology teams across departments.
