Job summary

Dexter Talent is seeking a skilled application support specialist to help deploy and maintain software across client and internal environments. You will troubleshoot issues in test and production, install configurations, and collaborate with infrastructure, network and development teams to resolve complex problems.

The role requires strong SQL, scripting (PowerShell), and excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering effective client onboarding and documented resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in software deployment and customer-facing support.
• Solid SQL knowledge.
• Experience with system monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• PowerShell or scripting experience.
• AWS exposure.
• MySQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Providing application support to internal teams and external clients.
• Troubleshooting and resolving software issues across test and production environments.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining applications across client and internal environments.
• Working with infrastructure, network and development teams on complex problems.
• Maintaining clear documentation for deployments, upgrades and known resolutions.
• Contributing to project delivery including implementations and new client onboarding.
