Flat Fee Recruiter client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support IT systems across a busy e‑commerce business, taking ownership alongside the MSP.

This hands‑on role covers admin, process improvement, automation, reporting, user training and cyber security, with a path to Deputy IT Manager.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Operations and Finance, require 3+ years in IT support or systems admin, with Google Workspace and APIs experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or business systems administration.
• Experience supporting cross‑department business systems (ERP, CRM, Helpdesk, project management).
• Confident with Google Workspace administration and cloud‑based systems.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Support: own core business systems and security with MSP.
• Project & Task Management: manage IT tasks and small projects; assist IT planning and budgeting.
• Process Improvement & Automation: improve processes with automation (Make, Google Apps Script, Odoo).
• Integrations: support integrations between systems, e‑commerce platforms, and services.
• Data & Reporting: develop dashboards, operational reports, and data extracts for wider BI use.
• User Training & Support: provide user training and documentation for key systems.
