Job summary

Aareon is seeking a Support Analyst to join the hybrid team, focusing on the ActiveH and Versaa platforms. The role involves triaging and resolving day-to-day software issues and working closely with clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The position is based in a hybrid model with regular on-site days in Manchester, London or Milton Keynes, and requires solid back-end SQL support experience and Azure/Microsoft Server knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in software support for SQL-based applications (back-end).
• Experience with Azure or Microsoft Server hosting environments.
• Strong client-facing communication and collaboration.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines in a hybrid, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Triage, diagnose and resolve day-to-day platform software issues for ActiveH and Versaa.
• Provide direct client contact to investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain product documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams for root-cause analysis and roadmap feedback.
