Job summary

Aareon UK is seeking a Support Analyst to join our hybrid team, focusing on the ActiveH and Versaa product lines. You will triage, diagnose and resolve day-to-day platform issues while maintaining strong client communication and collaboration with Product and Development teams.

The role combines remote work with regular on-site attendance at Aareon offices to support project delivery and client satisfaction across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in software support for SQL-based applications from a back-end perspective.
• Knowledge of Azure or Microsoft Server hosting environments.
• Ability to investigate, diagnose and resolve platform software issues, delivering clear outcomes.
• Strong communication skills for effective client-facing support and internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Triage, prioritisation and resolution of day-to-day support tickets for ActiveH and Versaa.
• Direct client contact to investigate, diagnose and resolve issues promptly.
• Configure and manage outcomes for ActiveH, Versaa and related products.
