Job summary

Corston Architectural Detail seeks a Product Support Coordinator to join the Product team in Malmesbury. The role blends technical customer support with product administration, sitting at the heart of product development and customer experience.

You will provide technical guidance, handle inquiries from electricians and designers, and help maintain installation guides, datasheets and documentation while supporting product launches and data accuracy across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, technical support, product administration or coordination.
• Strong organisational and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable with systems, spreadsheets and product information.
• Desirable: experience with electrical products, lighting, hardware, interiors or construction.
• Desirable: understanding of product development or quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer technical enquiries via phone and email.
• Assist customers with installation questions and product selection.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues and identify solutions with customers.
• Provide technical guidance to electricians, contractors, architects and interior designers.
• Investigate customer feedback and support product issue resolution.
• Maintain and improve technical FAQs and support documentation.
• Maintain product specifications and technical information.
• Support creation and updating of installation guides, datasheets and product documentation.
• Assist with product setup and maintenance across internal systems.
• Coordinate product testing records and documentation.
• Support new product launches by ensuring product information is accurate.
• Assist the Product team with day-to-day administration and project coordination.
• Track product issues and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Help ensure product data remains accurate across all customer-facing channels.
