Qualifications

• Qualification in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, or Learning & Development or substantial equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and delivering technical competency frameworks and certification pathways.
• Experience leading large-scale technical training or workforce capability strategies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to apply instructional design to digital/ blended learning contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of technical learning and competency frameworks.
• Identify capability gaps through training needs analysis and workforce assessments.
• Provide strategic advice on capability risks and training investment.
• Design and implement learning pathways, blended learning, and competency-based programs.
• Advise on instructional design best practices and learning technologies.
• Manage learning projects, monitor risks and delivery outcomes.
