Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Learning Designer to support the 3 Dock Redevelopment programme from Rosyth or Bristol, with hybrid working. You will design engaging learning content, collaborate with SMEs, and develop assessments to measure outcomes, enabling workforce capability and programme success.

The role is full-time, 37 hours, with occasional travel and a 12-month fixed-term contract. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering results in a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience creating engaging written content to deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting digital learning content development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
