Qualifications

• Significant experience in learner-centred learning and development roles.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with a professional learning and development qualification.
• Strong organisational, planning, and project management skills.
• Identify learning needs and develop effective learning solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Use data, feedback and performance metrics to measure impact of learning interventions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Integrated Training Design Service to deliver blended learning.
• Lead learning initiatives that inspire colleagues and unlock potential.
• Coordinate, deliver RUK workshops for programme stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and identify skills gaps.
• Travel to other customer sites occasionally.
• Ensure security standards and data protection compliance.
