Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Learning and Development Lead to shape the Integrated Training Design Service. You will deliver blended learning solutions that are engaging, practical and aligned with contract requirements, ensuring customer delight.

In this role you will develop workforce capability, partner with leaders, and manage apprenticeship programs while promoting inclusive learning and continuous improvement across royal navy training services.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in learner-centred L&D roles.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience facilitating workshops and presentations.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Identify learning needs and develop aligned solutions.
• Use data to measure impact of learning.

Responsibilities

• Support the Integrated Training Design Service to deliver blended learning.
• Lead learning initiatives to unlock potential and drive success.
• Collaborate with leaders on development and succession planning.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver RUK workshops for colleagues and stakeholders.
• Maintain records and identify skills gaps proactively.
• Monitor and report on training program effectiveness.
• Develop innovative learning solutions including digital and blended formats.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
