Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Learning Designer to support the 3 Dock Redevelopment programme by creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences that build skills and capability across the organisation. You’ll work with subject matter experts to design learning solutions that drive performance and long-term programme success.

This full-time role is based in Rosyth or Bristol with hybrid arrangements and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design engaging learning content and curricula to deadlines.
• Experience creating impactful written content for learning materials.
• Strong collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience developing digital learning content and e-learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content, curricula and training materials.
• Create interactive learning experiences using instructional design principles and digital tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to convert technical content into learning solutions.
• Develop assessments to measure outcomes and support improvement.
