Job summary

SaccoMann, on behalf of a leading international Commercial Contracts team in Birmingham, is seeking a commercial solicitor with experience in technology contracts to work on high-profile AI, cloud, and outsourcing matters.

You will draft and negotiate IT and outsourcing agreements, advise on AI projects, support corporate transactions, and collaborate across the Commercial, IP and Data Privacy teams to build client relationships and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' PQE with experience in commercial contracts and technology agreements.
• Strong drafting and technical skills.
• Experience advising on IT, technology or outsourcing contracts.
• Interest in emerging technologies, especially AI.
• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate IT and outsourcing contracts.
