Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking a senior associate to join the technology team in the commercial group. You will advise customers and suppliers on IT, outsourcing and AI contracts and contribute to tech regulatory work for financial services and AI.

You will support the tech side of corporate deals, participate in seminars and client briefings, and, at senior associate level, coach and supervise junior lawyers in a busy international practice.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years PQE in technology or IT law.
• Strong grounding in technology law and AI.
• Experience across the full range of IT and outsourcing contracts.
• Interest in AI.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and suppliers on IT, outsourcing and AI contracts.
• Advise on tech regulation, especially for financial services and AI.
• Support the tech side of corporate deals.
• Business development such as seminars and client briefings.
