Major, Lindsey & Africa is recruiting a Commercial/Tech Contracts Lawyer for an in-house Legal Counsel role based in Central London. You will handle a broad mix of technology, SaaS, and commercial contracts and provide pragmatic legal support across data protection and regulatory areas.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with approximately 2-8 years' PQE.
• Strong commercial contracts experience, particularly within technology and SaaS agreements.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements, including technology, SaaS, supplier, marketing, and partnership contracts.
• Support business teams with the development and launch of new products, services, and initiatives.
• Provide advice on data protection and privacy matters, including customer-facing documentation and supplier arrangements.
• Work closely with Compliance and other internal stakeholders on regulatory and legal issues.
• Review and update customer terms and conditions and related legal documentation.
• Assist with the implementation and optimisation of legal technology solutions.
