Safer Hand Solutions is partnering with a growing organisation to recruit a Team Manager - Field Operations in Stone, Staffordshire. This hybrid role blends on-site leadership with flexible remote oversight for field-based teams.

You will lead Enforcement Agents and Senior Enforcement Agents, coaching, monitoring KPI performance, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in field operations or KPI-driven environments.
• Experience coaching and developing remote or field-based teams.
• Strong ability to analyse KPI data and drive improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of field-based colleagues including Enforcement Agents and Senior Enforcement Agents.
• Monitor performance against productivity, quality, and compliance targets.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Analyse KPI data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage complaints, escalations and operational issues effectively.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
• Ensure adherence to client requirements and regulatory standards.
