Job summary

Safer Hand Solutions is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join the People & Culture team in a hybrid Stone, Staffordshire setting. The role involves supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating across channels, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanency. The successful candidate will manage interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding documentation while liaising with hiring

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR administration or a coordination-focused role.
• Experience arranging interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process from vacancy approval through to appointment.
• Create and advertise vacancies across a range of recruitment channels.
• Manage candidate applications and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Arrange interviews, assessments and candidate communications.
• Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment activity and feedback.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, including references and right-to-work checks.
• Organise new starter inductions and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate equipment and access requirements for new employees.
• Maintain recruitment and onboarding systems and records.
• Produce recruitment and onboarding reports where required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes.
