Job summary

AMS is seeking a Talent Sourcer to partner with hiring teams, develop bespoke sourcing strategies, and engage with niche talent. The role focuses on delivering strong candidate shortlists and maintaining high-quality relationships with clients and candidates in a fast-paced environment.

The position is permanent, full-time in Belfast with a hybrid work model (1 day in office). You will leverage AMS resources to drive talent intelligence and candidate engagement across multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing or a related talent-focused environment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills, with the ability to use different approaches across a range of professional roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring teams and customers.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies within tight SLA requirements.
• A structured and process-driven approach, with the ability to understand and apply different sourcing processes across multiple customer accounts.
• Good technology skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and research skills, with the ability to identify appropriate talent across different job families.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a high-volume team environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Trusted Adviser in partnership with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deliver great candidate experiences.
• Develop bespoke sourcing strategies using data, market insights, and AMS resources.
• Provide subject matter expertise and talent intelligence in recruitment discussions and vacancy briefings.
• Propose solutions to find niche skills and engage with clients in a competitive market.
• Deliver high-quality, engaged candidate shortlists with clear recommendations.
• Share candidate feedback and adapt recruitment strategies based on insights.
• Demonstrate innovative thinking and ongoing professional development to hire top talent.
• Review and post compelling job adverts to amplify client brands.
• Utilise AMS networks and channels to attract target audiences.
