The Role

As a Talent Sourcer/Coordinator, you'll support hiring activity across a range of UK Government departments and public sector organisations, gaining valuable exposure to diverse hiring needs and talent challenges.

Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, you'll play a key role in attracting talent, managing candidate activity, supporting hiring processes, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or individuals from customer service, sales, administration, account management, or recruitment backgrounds who enjoy building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping people find meaningful career opportunities.
