Macmillan Cancer Support in London is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to lead diverse sourcing for senior and director-level roles. You will partner with People & Culture, build inclusive candidate pipelines and use data to shape recruitment strategy across the charity.

This hybrid role requires excellent organisation, advanced ATS skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies while championing an equitable candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sourcing-focused talent acquisition role delivering diverse shortlists across multiple vacancies.
• Strong capability with sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Cord, Boolean search, market mapping and talent identification.
• Experience supporting internal mobility and skills-based talent solutions.
• Genuine enthusiasm for engaging active and passive candidates and building long-term talent pipelines.
• Excellent organisation, efficiency and attention to detail, with the ability to manage simultaneous screenings, priorities and projects while maintaining quality.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and People & Culture Partners to understand workforce plans and representation gaps.
• Build and mobilise diverse internal and external talent pools for vacancies, including senior roles.
• Use workforce data to identify skills gaps and opportunities for skills-based movement.
• Lead sourcing across platforms, networks, and events to create broad candidate pipelines.
• Review pipeline data and ROI, adapting sourcing activity and informing future strategy.
• Support delivery of representation targets and inclusive candidate experiences.
• Own the candidate experience from outreach to interviews and screening calls.
• Engage passive talent through conversations, open days and events.
• Plan and lead talent campaigns with Senior Talent Acquisition Partner oversight.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and live talent pools aligned to workforce plans.
• Stay close to market trends and share insights across People & Culture.
• Develop annual recruitment activity calendar aligned to organisation goals.
• Collaborate on TA projects including process consistency and automation.
