Job summary

Carnival UK is recruiting a Senior Manager, Fleet People Performance to lead onboard HR excellence across the P&O Cruises and Cunard fleet. The role requires regular travel with about 25% time onboard vessels to coach, support, and align with People and Brand standards.

You will support fleet-level performance, develop capability through coaching, and act as the ship-shore interface, ensuring compliance and strong stakeholder engagement in a dynamic, 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Broad generalist HR knowledge with pragmatic advice on People matters.
• Understanding shipboard environments and operational pressures.
• Experience with coaching methodologies and development tools.
• Ability to interpret workforce indicators to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide fleet-level oversight and performance management to onboard HR Managers.
• Coach, develop and drive consistency across onboard HR community.
• Interface between ship and shore; coach and lead onboard HR leadership as needed.
• Monitor workforce compliance and performance indicators and ensure timely resolution.
