Community Health Resources (CHR) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for the Human Resources program. The role covers posting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent with a strong emphasis on cultural fit and candidate experience.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, hybrid at Windsor, CT, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred or 3+ years of experience as a professional recruiter.
• Strong administrative skills, including documentation and record keeping, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proven experience with the full cycle of talent acquisition; knowledge of best practices and leadership collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute talent acquisition sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for the organization for positions assigned.
• Execute the full life cycle recruitment process from job posting through candidate onboarding.
• Conduct recruiting strategy meetings with hiring managers to understand needs and advise on actions.
