Responsabilités

• Develop and execute talent acquisition sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Execute the full life cycle recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
• Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to align needs.
• Own candidate pools and build talent pipelines across channels.
• Screen applicants and present fit candidates to managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and improve processes.
• Conduct reference checks, extend offers, and schedule start dates.
• Represent the brand at career fairs and recruitment events.
• Maintain compliant documentation and participate in meetings.
• Perform additional duties as required.
