Job summary

Dee Set, part of Acosta Europe, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract in the UK. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office in Stoke-on-Trent and salary £25,500–£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will support recruitment for Merchandisers across the UK, coordinating campaigns, screening applicants, and guiding candidates through the process to offer and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring campaigns is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume recruitment campaigns for Merchandiser roles across the UK.
• Screen applications against role requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Conduct telephone and video screening interviews.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Support candidates through the recruitment process ensuring a great experience.
• Process offers and coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding.
