Qualifications

• Experience using Workday and direct sourcing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and pre-employment screening processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Create engaging job adverts that attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
• Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, and other direct search methods.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates against agreed criteria.
• Manage recruitment campaigns from attraction through to offer stage.
