Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in Kingston is hiring a Group Recruitment Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role blends four days in the office with one day working from home and sits within the HR team to attract and hire across functions.

You will post vacancies, source candidates, manage external advertising, build a talent pool and conduct interviews to ensure a strong candidate experience. Report to the Talent Manager and drive recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment needs across all functions for existing and new roles.
• Post vacancies on our careers site and external job boards.
• Arrange external advertising with third parties (universities, job boards).
• Source candidates from multiple channels ensuring fit and potential.
• Build a talent pool for high-turnover roles and conduct targeted headhunting.
• Drive new ways of attracting talent and use social networks to engage.
• Organise assessment centres where required and conduct telephone interviews.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment partners and ensure end-to-end process quality.
• Report progress to the Talent Manager and align with internal managers.
