Job summary

Staffline Recruitment Limited is offering a Full-Time, Monday-Friday hybrid role as an Apprentice Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Nottingham. You will undertake a Level 3 Recruitment Apprenticeship over 18 months while supporting the Talent Acquisition team and gaining hands-on experience across recruitment activities.

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activity across vacancies.
• Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media and other platforms.
• Source candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate conversations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications throughout the process.
• Assist hiring managers with recruitment administration and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment systems.
• Provide regular updates to candidates and stakeholders.
• Support recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives.
