Job summary

Staffline in Netherfield, Nottingham, is recruiting a Resourcing Coordinator to identify, source, and engage high-quality candidates for a leading global supplier of educational resources. You will review CVs, assess fit, and build strong candidate pipelines across multiple channels.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, based on site with a canteen and good transport links. A driving licence is preferred but not essential; training provided and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, resourcing, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to build candidate pipelines and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, sourcing, and engaging high-quality candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.
• Reviewing CVs and applications to assess suitability against role requirements.
• Building relationships with active job seekers and passive talent to develop strong candidate pipelines.
