Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant in Nottingham for a hybrid, permanent role. You will support interview scheduling, offer management and onboarding while ensuring a smooth candidate experience across the Talent Acquisition Operations team.

Build trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates, manage high-volume scheduling, create contracts in a timely manner, and coordinate background checks with our partner.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters and stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a seamless recruitment process.
• Build trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage all aspects of interview scheduling across the team, often high volume.
• Create and issue employment contracts within an SLA.
• Process new starters through Workday and manage all onboarding communications.
• Process and monitor background checks via our third-party partner.
