This hybrid role combines office work in Nottingham, remote days, and occasional client travel. You will plan campaigns, nurture a sales pipeline to meet targets, and contribute to the sales strategy while promoting training and

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Proven ability to generate own sales leads.
• Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Valid driving licence and own transport.
• GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or above.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales campaigns via telesales, field sales, networking and social media to hit monthly targets.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of opportunities to meet monthly sales targets.
• Generate apprenticeship opportunities with new employers across sectors.
• Attend employer/networking events as an ambassador to create opportunities.
• Conduct employer appointments to promote services and perform a Training Needs Analysis.
• Complete employer paperwork to meet funding requirements, including contracts and checks.
• Account manage employers to maximise opportunities and service quality.
• Contribute ideas for the Sales Strategy.
• Create and maintain employer CRM records.
