Job summary

The role is hybrid, based in Nottingham, with travel across the East Midlands, and focuses on winning new business, building employer relationships and identifying apprenticeship opportunities.

You will manage a sales pipeline, conduct training needs analysis with employers, and maintain CRM records while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success and target achievement.
• Experience generating your own leads and winning new business.
• Confident, outgoing and commercially focused.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Apprenticeship/FE sector knowledge would be a real advantage.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through telesales, field sales, networking and social media.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify and secure new apprenticeship opportunities with employers.
• Attend networking and employer events.
• Meet with employers and conduct training needs analysis.
• Account manage existing employer relationships and maximise opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently achieve sales targets.
