Job summary

MJ Quinn Integrated Services Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Strategic Resource Manager in the Service Delivery department to optimise the on‑site allocation and scheduling of field tasks for a large engineer workforce. You will coordinate with area managers and coaches to ensure efficient, safe delivery across Openreach projects and maintain high levels of customer experience.

Responsibilities

Promote positive and professional image of the department, adhering to policies and standards.
Raise and follow up on non-conformance reports to resolve issues.
Work as part of a team to develop working practices and procedures.
Reallocation of work to field teams.
Delivery of inbound and outbound call metrics and maintenance of service levels.
Prioritise daily work stack and allocate to meet client metrics.
Manage work proactively to ensure tasks are resourced and field productivity is maintained.
Handle client requests across projects and escalate to the Programme Manager when needed.
Ensure engineers have site access and complete job packs for allocated jobs.
Work safely within MJ Quinn’s values and policies.
