Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a proactive resource planning coordinator to support staffing across the Consulting team. You will liaise with Resource Administrators, manage bookings, and help ensure exam training and trainee support during their training contracts.

The role offers hybrid working with a focus on delivering timely staffing solutions, coordinating with department heads, and maintaining budgets and policy compliance. A consulting background in professional services is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and planning abilities to manage complex internal staffing across multiple teams.
• Proven track record of working with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, including difficult conversations.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills for urgent resourcing issues.
• Comfort with data and reporting, ensuring real-time oversight of staffing and allocations.

Responsibilities

• Staff planning and resource management for the Consulting team, acting as a solution provider for job bookings.
• Provide real-time oversight of departmental staffing and budgets, liaising with Resource Administrators.
• Support Exam Training Manager tasks for Consulting teams and guide new Administrators.
