Job summary

QinetiQ Limited is seeking a Resource Manager to coordinate the dynamic allocation of resources across engineering disciplines, ensuring productive deployment and successful delivery. Based on on-site locations in Farnborough/Amesbury, you will manage permanent, part-time and contract staff, collaborating with workforce planning teams to optimise capability and output.

This role offers the chance to influence delivery across multiple projects and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Demonstrated accountability for decisions and outcomes.
• Experience in resources management and allocation.

Responsibilities

• Direct deployment of resources to meet new and changed work requests.
• Identify conflicts in workloads and propose timely solutions.
• Implement Workforce & Facility Planning policy within the Discipline.
• Join teams to identify process improvements and drive changes.
• Highlight constraints affecting flexibility and productivity.
• Collaborate with Senior RMs to provide a resilient resource planning service.
