Job summary

MJ Quinn, a UK-based infrastructure services provider, is seeking a Strategic Resource Manager to oversee on-the-day tactical field task re-allocation and planning. You will coordinate field teams, manage delivery schedules, ensure facilities are progressing on time, and maintain safety and quality across projects.

The role reports to the Strategic Resource Manager within Service Delivery, with Sunday–Friday hours and office-based work at Oak House, Knowsley (relocating to L24).

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations planning and task allocation.
• Ability to manage delivery schedules and resource allocation.
• Experience with KPI tracking and service levels.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, professional image of the department while adhering to policies and standards.
• Raise and follow up on non-conformance reports to resolve actions.
• Collaborate with the team to develop working practices and procedures.
• Reallocation of work to field teams to optimise productivity.
• Deliver inbound and outbound call metrics and maintain service level agreements.
• Prioritise daily work stacks and allocate to meet client metrics.
• Resource and plan to ensure field productivity is maintained.
• Escalate issues to the Programme Manager when required.
• Ensure engineers have site access and complete job packs for allocated jobs.
• Work safely in line with MJ Quinn’s values and policies.
