Job summary

Jackson Hogg is seeking a Resource Coordinator for a role based in Sheffield with hybrid working options after onboarding. You will help plan and deploy field-based engineers across multiple customer sites nationwide, coordinating logistics and ensuring operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, calm under pressure, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders as part of a growing team delivering critical service delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in resource planning or service coordination.
• Ability to manage workforce scheduling and logistics.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating field-based engineers and technicians
• Managing both planned and reactive resource requirements
• Supporting workforce planning and scheduling activities
• Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders daily
• Tracking resource availability and assignments
• Following up on outstanding actions and ensuring plans stay on track
• Maintaining planning records and documentation
• Supporting continuous improvement across planning and operations
