You will lead across design, build and operations, champion engineering practices, and mentor senior engineers. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will shape tech strategy, with emphasis on DevOps, reliability, and security in a hybrid London setting.

Qualifications

• Significant track record of strategic and innovative thinking with execution.
• Specialist in clean code and design patterns for common problems.
• Depth of knowledge in information security with embedded controls.
• Ability to lead system design conversations with high risk/complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical excellence from design to operations and launch core features.
• Drive technical direction and influence technology and product investments.
• Champion Communities of Practice to raise engineering excellence at MS Tech.
