Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking focusing SME/trading clients.
• Proven track record of originating or winning new business or deal execution.
• Strong portfolio and relationship management skills and ability to build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own a high‑profile SME client portfolio in the North & West Yorkshire area, managing relationships with actively trading businesses typically turning over between £3m and £10m.
• Deliver lending, working capital and cashflow facilities, payments and cards; ensure client value in every interaction.
• Originate and win new‑to‑bank business through relationship-led development, prospecting and strategic outreach.
