Lloyds Bank plc is seeking a Relationship Manager for SME Commercial Banking in Yorkshire. You will manage an end-to-end SME client portfolio, focusing on preserving and expanding relationships, with responsibility for income, lending, and risk across diverse sectors.

You will originate new business, build trusted partnerships, and collaborate with internal specialists to deliver tailored banking solutions while maintaining prudent credit discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking managing SME clients.
• Proven ability to originate and win new business.
• Strong portfolio and relationship management skills.
• Solid credit and risk assessment capabilities.
• Confident communicator with negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of a high-profile SME client portfolio in the North & West Yorkshire area.
• Manage relationships with actively trading businesses typically turning over £3m–£10m.
• Be accountable for portfolio management, income, lending, risk and relationship outcomes.
• Develop trusted partnerships with existing and new SME clients across sectors such as professional services, manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, construction and hospitality.
• Identify opportunities to deliver Commercial Banking solutions including lending, working capital and cashflow facilities, payments, deposits and cards.
