Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Relationship Manager for SME Commercial Banking in Yorkshire. You will manage an SME portfolio with turnover between £3m and £10m, building trusted relationships across sectors and supporting growth through lending and cashflow facilities.

Hybrid working is available; you will develop partnerships with group partners and internal teams to deliver joined-up financial solutions while managing credit risk and ensuring policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking with SME/trading clients.
• Strong portfolio and relationship management skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Solid credit and risk capability with ability to assess credit proposals and make policy-aligned recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SME portfolio in North & West Yorkshire, focusing on turnover £3m-£10m.
• Develop relationships with existing and new SME clients across industries.
• Originate and win new-to-bank business through proactive outreach and networking.
• Assess credit proposals and manage risk in line with policy.
