You will work with a diverse range of SME clients, focusing on growth, compliance, and effective relationship management while leveraging Nationwide’s nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret financial statements and business performance data.
• Knowledge of banking products, credit, risk and governance practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of business customers with borrowing and deposit needs.
• Collaborate with Specialist Departments to identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Monitor customer financial data, address issues, and ensure FCA/compliance.
