Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in IT Asset Management or a related role.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Remedy).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SACM policies, standards and procedures.
• Operationally lead a team in day-to-day activities.
• Ensure the CMDB is accurate, up-to-date and compliant with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and optimise SACM processes within the team and for stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver regular SACM activity reports with insights and recommendations.
• Monitor asset utilisation and compliance with cost optimisation in mind.
• Perform regular audits and compliance activities, including risk management.
• Assist with testing and configuration of Asset/CI tooling integrations.
